


We ship your rentals immediately after you have made your selections. DVDs usually arrive within 2 to 4 days; however, exact shipping time depends on the postal service.

Unfortunately, at this time there are areas we cannot service. Here is the section of the Terms and Conditions that mentions the Restricted Zip codes:
5. PROHIBITED AREAS. All of the following areas constitute PROHIBITED AREAS from which no part of the Materials may be received and from which no part of the Website may be accessed, viewed, downloaded or otherwise received:
5.1. All parts of the United States of America corresponding to the entire areas corresponding to United States Postal Service zip codes commencing with any of the following three digits: RESTRICTED ZIP CODES
Each DVD is sent in a discreet first-class envelope. Inside the envelope, there is a prepaid envelope for you to use whenever you wish to return that DVD. It doesn’t cost you anything. All mailing is done through the U.S. Postal Service, so it's quick and convenient
When you're finished with a DVD, simply place it in its prepaid mailer and drop it in any mailbox. As soon as we receive it, we'll send the next DVD on your rental list. If you lose the paper sleeve, please enclose a note or piece of paper with your name and e-mail address so we can mark your movie as returned.

Every area’s mail service is different. For this reason, we suggest waiting at least 7 days before reporting that a DVD was lost in the mail. If you haven’t received your DVD within 7 days of the shipping date or your movie remains in your 'out' list 7 days after you've returned it to us, please let us know.
You can keep a movie for as long as you want. You don't have to return all three in order to get more shipped out.
If you lose one of our return envelopes, you can mail up to two DVDs back in one envelope. You can also call us at 1-800-591-9844 to request more return envelopes or send the dvds to:

If you lose the inside the sleeve, send the DVD back with a note that includes your name and email address so we can credit your account. If you don’t provide us with your name and email information, we can’t give you credit for returning the disc.
If you sent back a DVD without a sleeve but included your name and email address, we will still be able to credit your account. Unfortunately, if you sent a DVD back without your rental account information, we will not be able to properly credit you for this return. Please contact our customer service center at 1-800-591-9844 to inform us which title you returned.
