Send back one DVD at a time or all at once, but please put only one DVD in an envelope. We’ll ship the next DVD on your rental list immediately. Be sure to put your DVDs in their original sleeves. This ensures that the DVDs will be processed on your account.

Active and recurring members of the website who have paid for three consecutive months of membership will be eligible to receive one free DVD. Your account must be active and in good standing at the end of each 3 month period. Your free DVD will be sent upon the completion of each three-month period with your next regular order. This is rare, and, due to the nature of our movies, we will need to investigate the loss by contacting you and your local postal service. Visit our Contact and Support page and enter your phone number and the best time to reach you. Even while we investigate, you will be able to rent and return DVDs

You are allowed to borrow 3 DVDs at a time during the 10-day free trial.
When you cancel your free trial membership, you have 10 days to return your rented DVDs.
A pre-authorization hold will be placed on your credit card when you sign-up for the free trial. This is not a charge. If you cancel before the free trial ends, it will be removed from your credit card. However, if you do not cancel within the 10-day trial, your credit card will be charged $19.99 for a monthly membership and you will continue to receive DVDs.

All DVDs are shipped in plain packages with no description of the contents. In addition, the DVD disk is shipped without its explicit casing. We keep all membership information in a secure data center.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer rental service outside of the United States.
You add the DVDs you wish to view to your rental list. You can include as many as you like. We will send you the DVDs in the order of your rental list according to availability.

No. Unfortunately, at this time, you can only purchase DVDs with a credit card. Even if you pay your monthly membership fees with an online checking account, you will still need to use a credit card to purchase DVDs.
