Q:How many DVDs do I receive?

You can select as many DVDs as you want onto your Rental List. Depending on your program, the maximum number of rentals you’re allowed is 3, 4, 6, or 8 DVDs at a time.

Q: When will I receive my free DVD?

Active and recurring members of the website who have paid for three consecutive months of membership will be eligible to receive one free DVD. Your account must be active and in good standing at the end of each 3 month period. Your free DVD will be sent upon the completion of each three-month period with your next regular order. You can also receive a free DVD EVERY MONTH if you purchase our ultimate package.

How do I choose my free DVD?

To create a wish list of DVDs, follow these steps:

  • Log on to your account.
  • Go to MY FREE DVD LIST on the left side of the homepage and check the box under "Choose ANY title from Legend, Pure Filth, Visual Image and more." Then, click on MY FREE DVD LIST.
  • From the MY FREE DVD LIST page, you can search for titles to add to your list.
  • When you find a title that you wish to add to your list, click on "ADD THIS TITLE TO MY FREE DVD LIST. Do not click on Rent DVD Now unless you also wish to add this title to your rental queue.
  • We suggest you add at least 5 titles to your list. We cannot guarantee you will get your free DVD if you only have one choice on your list.
  • Once titles are added to your list, you can change their order on the MY FREE DVD LIST page. After you have changed the order of the titles you wish to receive, be sure to click on UPDATE MY FREE DVD LIST. If you have any further questions or would like assistance with any of these steps, you can contact our Customer Service Center at 1-800-591-9844.

If you report the DVDs as lost before your membership expires, you will not be charged.

No. All we ask is that you ship back the damaged or broken DVD. If you would like to rent the DVD again, you will need to re-add it to your rental list. You can also report the damaged DVD to customer service by calling 1-800-591-9844

This is rare, and, due to the nature of our movies, we will need to investigate the loss by contacting you and your local postal service. Visit our Contact and Support page and enter your phone number and the best time to reach you. Even while we investigate, you will be able to rent and return DVDs

There's no catch. The flat monthly fee allows you to keep up to 3, 4, 6 or 8 DVDs out for as long as you want. So, it's entirely up to you when you want to return a DVD. Each time you return a DVD, we'll send another DVD from your rental list. Sign up for a free trial by entering your shipping and billing information. Add as many DVDs as you want to your Rental List. You can have 3 DVDs at a time and return them as often as you wish. If you like the service (and we think you will), then stay on as a monthly member. Your credit card will be charged $19.99 at the end of the 10-day free trial.

Want more DVDs? You can upgrade your membership at anytime.
4 DVDs - $24.99 per month
6 DVDs - $29.99 per month
8 DVDs - $39.99 per month

However, if you do not cancel within the 10-day trial, your credit card will be charged $19.99 for a monthly membership and you will continue to receive DVDs.

Can I purchase DVDs with online checks?

No. Unfortunately, at this time, you can only purchase DVDs with a credit card. Even if you pay your monthly membership fees with an online checking account, you will still need to use a credit card to purchase DVDs.
