We ship your rentals immediately after you have made your selections. DVDs usually arrive within 2 to 4 days; however, exact shipping time depends on the postal service.
Unfortunately, at this time there are areas we cannot service. Here is the section of the Terms and Conditions that mentions the Restricted Zip codes:
5. PROHIBITED AREAS. All of the following areas constitute PROHIBITED AREAS from which no part of the Materials may be received and from which no part of the Website may be accessed, viewed, downloaded or otherwise received:
5.1. All parts of the United States of America corresponding to the entire areas corresponding to United States Postal Service zip codes commencing with any of the following three digits: RESTRICTED ZIP CODES
All DVDs are shipped in plain packages with no description of the contents. In addition, the DVD disk is shipped without its explicit casing. We keep all membership information in a secure data center.
You can select as many DVDs as you want onto your Rental List. Depending on your program, the maximum number of rentals you’re allowed is 3, 4, 6, or 8 DVDs at a time.
Still want more? For the die-hards, we offer an ultimate package of 12 DVDs at a time for just $50 (and you receive a FREE DVD EVERY MONTH!) available after your second month of membership. Contact customer service at 1-800-591-9844 to upgrade after your second charge.

Send back one DVD at a time or all at once, but please put only one DVD in an envelope. We’ll ship the next DVD on your rental list immediately. Be sure to put your DVDs in their original sleeves. This ensures that the DVDs will be processed on your account.
Each DVD is sent in a discreet first-class envelope. Inside the envelope, there is a prepaid envelope for you to use whenever you wish to return that DVD. It doesn’t cost you anything. All mailing is done through the U.S. Postal Service, so it's quick and convenient.
When you're finished with a DVD, simply place it in its prepaid mailer and drop it in any mailbox. As soon as we receive it, we'll send the next DVD on your rental list. If you lose the paper sleeve, please enclose a note or piece of paper with your name and e-mail address so we can mark your movie as returned.
